Satay is one of the most popular Thai appetizers. Satay is marinaded chicken breast screwer infused with garlic, lemon grass, ginger and coconut milk. The best part is a thick peanut sauce and fresh cucumber pickle. You have to try at least once.

One of the most popular appetizers for Thai cuisine. This chicken wings are not typical wings. They are marinaded in Thai species, sauce and herbs hours before cooking. Appetizer Chinese Chives Dumpling
This appetizer dish is fusion between Thai and Chinese cooking. The dumpling itself is just a steamed dough wrapped around Chinese chives or corn and Taro fillings. The main punch to this dish is the sauce that made of soy sauce, rice vinegar, chopped fresh chili and garlic. You would want to punch fried chopped garlic oil on top right before you eat. You can serve them either steamed or fried dumpling. It is a very famous vegetarian appetizer.
